Return Goods Policy
- We accept returns of Goods from Shopin Di Apparels within 7 days from the purchase date.
- We do not accept returns of bottomwear products such as leggings,palazzo sets,suits and etc due to hygiene reasons.
- We only accept unused items and it should be in the same condition which was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and folded properly.
- At the time of receiving the parcel, if the package is damaged or opened it is advisable not to accept it. That parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns from our side.
- Damaged products need to be notified on the date of delivery and should be sent back to us within 7 days after receiving the products.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products otherwise we will not report the complaint after that. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer only.
- Returns will not be accepted for custom made stitched clothing.
- Refund is possible if the stock is not available and the order has been paid. Payment via Atome or Grab Pay will be refunded in the mode of store credits. If paid via credit card within shop pay will be refunded directly to the card.
- Return of order / exchange will be done at our store location only.
